<p style="text-align: center;">My husband and I just tried this Chicken Cacciatore recipe over mashed potatoes tonight. It is delicious! Remember to have a salad or veggies with it! Enjoy and share with me how you liked it!</p>
<p>Chicken Cacciatore Ingredients:</p>
<p>2 to 2-1/2 pounds meaty chicken pieces (breast, thighs, drumsticks)</p>
<p>1/2 cup chopped onion</p>
<p>2 cloves garlic, minced</p>
<p>1 tablespoon cooking oil</p>
<p>1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms</p>
<p>1 8-ounce can tomato sauce</p>
<p>1 71/2-ounce can tomatoes, cut up</p>
<p>1/2 cup dry white wine</p>
<p>1/2 cup chicken broth</p>
<p>1 1/2 to 2 teaspoons dried basil, crushed</p>
<p>1 bay leaf</p>
<p>4 teaspoons cornstarch</p>
<p>(Optional-I didn&#8217;t use it) 2 cups hot cooked fettuccine</p>

<p>Skin chicken if desired. Rinse and pat dry. In a large skillet, cook chicken, onion, and garlic in hot oil for about 15 min or until chicken is lightly brownned, turning to brown evenly. Drain off fat. Stir together mushrooms, tomato sauce, <em>undrained</em> tomatoes, wine, broth, basil, bay leaf, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Pour over chicken in a skillet. Bring to a boil, and reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 30 to 35 minutes or until chicken is tender.</p>

<p>Transfer chicken to a platter and cover to keep warm. Discard bay leaf. Skim fat from tomato mixture. Stir together cornstarch and 2 tablespoons of <em>cold water; </em>stir into tomato mixture. Cook and stir until bubbly, then cook and stir 2 minutes more. Serve over chicken and noodles (or in my case mashed potatoes). It serves 6.</p>

<p>BCAAs  are the essential aminos leucine, isoleucine, and valine. The combination of these three amino acids makes up approximately 1/3 of skeletal muscle tissue in the human body. BCAAs play a very important role in protein synthesis which is the production of proteins in cells from amino acids to build muscle.</p>
<p>BCAAs must be present for molecular growth and development. Eight are essential and cannot be manufactured by the body, and the rest are non-essential- can be manufactured by the body with proper nutrition. Besides building cells and repairing tissue, they form antibodies, they are part of the enzyme and hormonal system; they build RNA and DNA and they carry oxygen throughout the body.</p>
<h2>Other Functions of BCAAs&#8230;</h2>
<p>BCAAs act as nitrogen carriers which assist the muscles in synthesizing other amino acids needed for anabolic muscle action. In other words, BCAAs combine simpler amino acids to form a complex whole muscle tissue. In this action, BCAAs stimulate production of insulin, the main function of which is to allow circulating blood sugar to be taken up by the muscle cells and used as a source of energy. This insulin production promotes amino acid uptake by the muscle.</p>

<h2>How do BCAA&#8217;s Work?</h2>
<p>During intense weight training the body is normally in a highly catabolic condition. At this time glycogen stores are being rapidly depleted and the liver in turn must synthesize glucose by a conversion of L-Alanine. Alanine makes up over half of the amino acid content released from muscles during exercise.</p>
<p>The release of BCAA&#8217;s is generally recognized as the signal to the body to stop protein syntheses in the muscles, especially during times of stress. Providing the Branched Chain Amino Acids, especially during those times of stress may profoundly affect this signal and allow protein synthesis to continue its process.</p>
<p>So, for those of you who like things listed, some of the benefits of BCAA&#8217;s are:</p>

<p>The Law of Forgiveness is one of my favorite laws. However every time I mention the word forgiveness to people, there is a shift in their energy. They become uptight and protective of their feelings.</p>
<p>After 5 years of research, I have discovered that every disease and disorder can be linked to unforgiveness.  I have personally been healed of issues such as migraine headaches, allergies, viruses, circulatory problems, by forgiving<br />
people who have hurt me. I recommend you read <em>“A More Excellent Way”</em> by Dr. Henry Wright.</p>
<p>I once read that &#8220;not forgiving is like drinking poison and expecting it to hurt the other person&#8221;. We are the most affected when we do not forgive. This law simply states we must forgive and release our offenders in order for us to be also released(set free in our souls).</p>
<p>Forgiveness doesn’t mean what the other person did was right or noble, and it doesn’t mean you have to talk to them again. Sometimes relationship restoration is required, sometimes it is not. For instance, a woman doesn’t have to talk to the man who raped her or allow him in her house. Or, a man doesn’t have to do business again with the person who stole his money<br />
or lied to him. But the offended parties must still forgive.</p>
<p>“The lack of forgiveness creates grief, despair, resentment, and anger within your heart and mind. It skews your perception of what’s really True, leads you to make assumptions and decisions based on false perimeters, and generates unhappiness and lack of fulfillment within your life. The wound is an incomplete energetic cycle and, if left unresolved, it is perpetuated in other relationships and situations and can eventually manifest as physical illness and dis-ease within any body of consciousness.” – Amanda Buttler.</p>
<p><strong>But Damaysi, how is forgiveness related to wealth and prosperity?</strong></p>
<p>Pretty much, if you have unforgiveness harbored in your heart towards others or yourself you block yourself from joy, creativity, freedom, self-esteem, ideas, etc…</p>
<p>Realize that The Law of Forgiveness is at work, and if you don’t cooperate with it, it will inevitably affect you, those around you, it will frustrate your assignment (or totally paralize it), and ultimatelly it will affect the next generation. How can we leave a legacy for generations to come if we spend our lives with unforgiveness, anger, and self-pity? We all must release ourselves and our offenders.</p>
<p><strong>My Recommended Action Steps:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Start by forgiving yourself of all mistakes and wrong decisions you have made in your life. If you have never done this, you have a lot of work to do. It is not easy, but it is very worth it. It requires persistence and trust in the process, but it is your door to freedom. Write down the things you are holding against yourself and one by one forgive. There is nothing you can do but forgive yourself.</li>
<li>Forgive everyone who has hurt you, rejected you, abuse you, etc. Everyone usually has to start with their parents. Even if you had good parents, they made mistakes, said things they shouldn’t have said, and made decisions based on their emotions. Forgive them. Let it all go. Write down everyone who comes to your mind to forgive. Even if you think “but I already forgave them”, if they come to your mind, you haven’t forgiven totally, so do it again.</li>
<li>Live a life of continous forgiveness. Forgiveness is a lifestyle, not a one time event. Don’t let unforgiveness sit inside of you. We get wronged everyday. It’s just life.</li>
<li>Learn to not take offense. This step requires maturity and power. It usually comes after you have done the work of forgiving yourself and others. <em>The power will come as you draw close to who you are and close to God</em>.</li>

what the difference is between probiotics and prebiotics. But since “my-self”<br />
didn’t know, I decided to finally do my research.</p>
<p>You probably have heard about <strong>probiotics</strong> and <strong>prebiotics</strong> as their popularity is increasing tremendously in the<br />
scientific field for being effective agents that help regulate the body’s micro-environment. When our micro-environment is balanced, it contains healthy bacteria and micro organisms that live together withour harming us and whitout our bodies fighting them off as it happens when we have an infection. The main sites of colonization are the intestinal tract, the genital organs, the mouth and the skin. Each site is colonized differently, however, the composition of one site can <em>greatly affect</em> the composition of the others.</p>
<p><strong>Probiotics</strong> are the healthy bacteria. When the micro-environment gets discombobulated such as when we take antibiotics or our immune system is low, the probiotic or healthy organisms can drastically reduce in numbers thus unhealthy organisms take their place. Anytime pathogenic organisms become a big part of our micro-environment, we can develop colon problems, allergies, local infections of the skin or genital area, and other immune system related diseases.</p>
<p>Some types of colitis, fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome have, in some cases, been found to be attributed to an imbalance of microorganisms in the body. Therefore it is easy to conclude that a diet supplemented with probiotics and prebiotics becomes very useful to our health. Probiotics are strains of living bacteria in their natural state or spore form (spore form helps the bacteria survive through tough times). The spore form survives the<br />
intestinal tract and reaches the colon helping the colonization of healthy bacteria in the colon wall. This then reflects on the health of our genital organs, mouth and skin).</p>
<p><strong>Prebiotics</strong> very simply put are the “food” of the probiotic bacteria. Prebiotics nourish probiotics. There are three types of prebiotics – short chain, long-chain, and full-spectrum prebiotics. The majority of the research done in<br />
prebiotics has been done on full-spectrum prebiotics (the ones which nourish the bacteria through the colon). Using probiotics and prebiotics supplements can help our bodies’ micro-environment stay in balance so that pathogenic bacteria do not grow and gain a hold of our system (causing disease).</p>
<p>Some foods that contain Prebiotics are raw garlic, raw and cooked onions, raw chicory root, raw dandelion greens, asparagus, etc.</p>
<p><a href="http://kish.bodybyvi.com" target="_blank">Visalus Sciences Nutritional Shake</a> mix contains prebiotics as well as a plethora of ingredients, vitamins and minerals necessary to our bodies every single day but seldom attained for a lack of nutrients in vegetables and fruits today due to the <em>declining fruit and vegetable composition</em> (soil nutrient depletion).</p>

<p>Every book that I have read, be it Christian or not, that expands in the laws of success and financial prosperity, takes its laws and teachings from the book of Proverbs. That&#8217;s right, whether they want to admit it or not, God already used King Solomon to write His financial success laws. </p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>2 Financial Laws You Should Not Brake&#8230;</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: left;">In order to aquire and <em><strong>maintain </strong></em>financial prosperity we should not brake any of the fiancial laws, however, I am going to focus in the 2 most important ones we should follow to begin&#8230;</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">1- Shut your mouth if you don&#8217;t want what you are saying. That&#8217;s right. I am not being rude, I am being bold and clear. I have found that if I can shock your mind with the way I write (and talk in my videos), you remember and learn better. King Solomon writes it like this: &#8220;Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and they who indulge in it shall eat the fruit of it [for death or life].&#8221; Prov 18:21 (AMP) The Message says it this way: ﻿﻿﻿﻿﻿﻿&#8221;Words kill, words give life; they&#8217;re either poison or fruit—you choose.&#8221; Words don&#8217;t just disappear when you speak  them; they have prophetic implications. What are you prophesying over your finances, health, and life every day?</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">2- Give, give, and give! Don&#8217;t you think for a minute that not tithing is helping your finances. Even the heathen rich people give millions away because they understand the law of giving and receiving! When you give, first you are obeing God&#8217;s command to bring 10% to His storehouse, second, it helps <em><strong>your </strong></em>heart and mind learn to trust the Giver more than the money, and third, as you give, you make more room to receive more. How can you be trusted with more if you don&#8217;t give from what you have now? How can you be trusted when you do not trust? If you are thinking right now, &#8220;I can&#8217;t give money, let alone 10% of my income because I don&#8217;t have enough.&#8221;, it is because you don&#8217;t give. It&#8217;s not easy to always do it, but in order for you to prosper, you have to do it. &#8220;If you help the poor, you are lending to the LORD&#8211;and he will repay you!&#8221; Proverbs 19:17 &#8230; &#8220;Blessed are those who are generous, because they feed the poor.&#8221; Proverbs 22:9</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">By the way, I am not your pastor, and I am not asking for an offering from you&#8230; I am not pumping you up with music, and I am not promising you your debt will disappear in 60 days&#8230; this is a financial <em><strong>LAW</strong></em>!</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Those are two very important laws of prosperity you need to follow if you want your finances to grow.</p>
