I used to have over 30% body fat, I was always exhausted and bloated, I had very little muscle mass, and my body was in very bad shape. After following the right meal plan and training, I have lots of energy, sleep soundly, have lost 5 inches from my waist ( and about 10% body fat), AND my body is developing beautifully (see pics)!
