8 Benefits of Jogging!

The benefits of jogging are many. The first one being the release of endorphins in your brain. How long has it been since you woke up excited about your day?

1- Jogging will change not only your physical state but your emotional and mental state as well.

First, it can build confidence and self image because you are constantly challenging yourself and changing the way your body looks.  Secondly, it can help you overcome anger and stress by giving you an escape from the pressures of day to day life.  And thirdly, it can help you become more focussed and determined as your will to succeed with your jogging becomes a skill that can be transferred to other areas of your life.

  8- Jogging improves your skin! You don’t need botox ;) since jogging increases blood circulation, it helps deliver nutrients to your skin. This process detoxifies the body by removing impurities from it.  As oxygen is delivered to the skin, collagen also increases; this connective tissue plumps your skin.
