My Comeback Into Pro Fitness Training
Eight days ago I decided to train as an athlete again. When I say “as an athlete” I mean 6 days a week, twice a day, accompanied by an extremely specified meal plan for my body.
Needless to say, my body is very sore.
I have cravings for sugar, carbs, fat, and dairy which I have to ignore by drinking more water (a gallon a day).
But… it is all freaking worth it!
Do you know why?
Because I want to be lean, flexible, energetic, and sexy. And I will do whatever it takes.
You might think, “but you don’t need to exaggerate and go to the gym 6 days a week and have an extreme diet!” Well, with my personality, yes I do. I am an “all or nothing” type of girl. If I don’t have this type of “extreme” routine, I will deviate and eat carbs, fats, and sugar whenever I want to, and so will any other person. So… I hired a top-notch coach to train me and keep me accountable every day.
Also, when I am in a routine so strict like this (I have done it before), I am happy, I am very focused, I save a ton of money dining out, and results happen rather quickly.
What it REALLY TAKES to have a sexy stomach, a lean body, and a nice butt with no cellulite:
-It takes eating oatmeal and egg whites every morning
-It takes eating the same things all the time (the menu is not that big)
-It takes drinking a gallon of water a day
-It takes eating exactly what your coach tells you to eat even if you don’t want to swallow it
-It takes going to the gym even if every muscle on your body hurts
-It takes preparing meals all the time so you can eat every 2-3 hours
-It takes waking up early and going to bed early
-It takes saying no to a glass of wine or any form of alcohol 🙁
-It takes determination, discipline, strength, and guts
-It takes tunnel vision to get to where you want to be in your mind (small waist, nice calves, six pack, sexy arms, no cellulite, or whatever)
ARE YOU WILLING TO GO THROUGH SUCH TRAINING to see your body emerge beautifully?

I know what I am doing with mine.
And I just want you to know that I am not going to get lucky with my body. I am going to fucking work my ass off for it. I am going to shed tears of pain for it. I am going to do what most won’t do.
